Lead-Routing Health
Loading the fresh-lead process early-warning analysis...
How to read this. Telemarketers qualify and hand off fresh leads; licensed agents close them.
So these are process-health signals, not a telemarketer scoreboard. The key early-warning metric is the
share of fresh leads still ending up telemarketer-owned (hand-off backlog), plus speed-to-first-touch.
Conversion is judged only on matured lead cohorts, and months whose data is survivorship-thinned
(old non-converted leads purged from the CRM) are excluded automatically. Built from a single lead export, so
the rolling weekly capture is what makes the trend trustworthy over time.
By lead source
Fresh lead = first contacted within 2 days of creation.
TM-owned % = fresh leads whose final owner is a telemarketer (hand-off backlog).
Hrs to touch = average hours to first call on fresh leads.
Conv % = eventual conversion of fresh leads, pooled across whoever closed (matured cohorts only).
Italic / dimmed months are excluded as survivorship-thinned.
